Orders and payment

Prices and availability may change without notice. Please review your selected product, variant, quantity, shipping destination and total before completing checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.

Products

We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors, dimensions, softness, rise time and other handmade or batch-dependent characteristics may vary slightly. Squishies and sensory products are not edible and should be used according to the age and care information shown on the product page.

Shipping

Orders ship from China to the international destinations available at checkout. Estimated delivery is approximately 7–10 days from order confirmation, but delivery times are estimates and can be affected by customs, carriers, destination and peak-season volume. Returns and refunds

Eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Refund Policy. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order number and a clear photo.
