Where do orders ship from?
All Bloominique orders ship from within the United States.
How long does delivery take?
Orders typically arrive within 3–5 days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
Shipping options and any applicable fees are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Returns & exchanges
30-day easy returns. If you're not in love with your blooms, contact us within 30 days of delivery via our contact page and we'll arrange a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in their original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you — your choice.
