Where do orders ship from?
All orders ship from China. We deliver to the international destinations available in the country selector and at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is approximately 7–10 days from order confirmation. This estimate includes order processing and transit. Delivery times may vary because of customs processing, carrier delays, destination or peak-season volume.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. We will email tracking information when your order has been dispatched. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless these charges are collected at checkout, they are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns & exchanges
30-day returns. If your order is not right for you, email kyuif123@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery and include your order number. We will provide return instructions.
Eligible items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Once a return is received and inspected, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item? Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will offer a replacement or refund.
